• Escort and monitor all unbadged employees, visitors, and customers.
• Escorts and monitors anyone on the premises who does not have a SIDA Airport Issued Badge.

Qualifications:

• Ability to walk/stand consistently throughout the day.
• Escort to hangars, offices, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Walking is done at a fast pace getting to and from the aircraft hangars.
• Escorts can walk approximately 2 miles per day.
• Ability to wear a respirator if monitoring employees/customers while in or around paint hangars or facilities.

• Courteous, strong communication with customers and team. Good listening skills. Observants.
• Able to challenge anyone without a proper badge or not following proper policies set by the airport authority and employer.
• Able to communicate with Airport Authority Personnel.
• Comfortable using a walkie talkie for communication.
• Good eyesight; able to see across the hangar.
• Fast pace is needed when picking up waiting customers.

Working Conditions:

• Works in hangar as well as the office. Hangar is not temperature controlled and can be hot or cold, depending on the weather.
• Able to work hours as needed, including OT, weekends, and split shifts to be available for employees, customers, mechanics, and visitors.
• Walking, standing, and sitting.
