Job Description:

Responsabilidades:

• Elaborar controles e acompanhar indicadores de recursos humanos;
• Realizar análise de dados, comparativos e buscar eficiência nos processos internos, propondo e realizando melhorias;
• Apoiar na manutenção e atualização de documentos internos para auditorias futuras;
• Suporte ao Business Partner do negócio;
• Suporte as rotinas administrativas da área, contato com fornecedores;
• Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de conteúdos de treinamento, agendamento e comunicação dos treinamentos;
• Apoiar nas iniciativas de treinamento e desenvolvimento.

Pré-Requisitos:

• Cursando Sistemas de Informação ou Administração. Com previsão de formação a partir de Dezembro/25 ou posterior;
• Conhecimento desejável na ferramenta Looker Studio (Google);
• Boa comunicação e habilidades de apresentações;
• Residir em Itajubá;
• Inglês Intermediário.
