Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Recursos Humanos - São Paulo

Modalidade: Presencial

Principais atividades:

• Apoio no atendimento dos funcionários;

• Apoio nos processos de benefícios;

• Auxílio nos processos de integração;

• Apoio nos processos de desenvolvimento de pessoal;

• Auxílio nas demandas diárias da área de Business Partner.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas;

• Inglês intermediário (será avaliado em entrevista);

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de São Paulo por no mínimo 1 ano;

• Interesse em aprender.

• OBS: para candidatos estrangeiros, exigimos português fluente.

Job description: Human Resources Internship - São Paulo

Type: On-site

Main activities:

• Supporting employees;

• Supporting benefits processes;

• Help with onboarding processes;

• Supporting staff development processes;

• Assisting with the daily demands of the Business Partner area.

Mandatory requirements:

• Studying higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;

• Intermediate English (will be assessed at interview);

• Availability to work as an intern (30 hours per week) at Helibras in São Paulo for at least 1 year;

• Interest in learning.

• NOTE: for foreign candidates, we require fluent Portuguese.
