Description:The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the Program Portfolio Integrator for F-16 Production programs, coordinating day-to-day with production functional peers and leadership. The candidate responsibilities will include executing to program baselines, cost/schedule/performance management, IWTA performance management, monitoring of indirect management pools, as well as identifying risks and opportunities, to include the development of mitigation strategies. This individual must engage with several geographically separated cross -functional teams, as well as F-16 functional leadership. The candidate is expected to routinely brief program and production leadership, support major program reviews, and prepare formal contract deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or 10 years of experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree

Production Experience

Experience in planning, communication and presentation

Experience in project management
Desired Skills:
- Flight Line and/or Final and Assembly Check Out Experience
- Technical Degree
- Experience in DD250 Process
- Demonstrated ability to present concepts and technical process improvement ideas
- Knowledge of Manufacturing within Lockheed Martin
- Experience working at multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas
- Senior leadership presentation skills
- Ability to work in details of quick-turn tasks with clarity and alignment to overall team strategy
- Constraint management

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
