FHS SCHEDULED & RETROFIT MANAGER (H/F)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Scheduled and Retrofit Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a FHS Customer Order Desk team.

Your mission:
● Secure future scheduled demands through collaboration with multiple actors including customer facing teams, inventory department and repair community.
● Monitor Retrofit Campaigns.

Main activities :

Secure future scheduled demands:

● Retrieve customer plannings through FHS Customer Operations Manager.
● Act as the interface between Asset Managers and FHS Customer Operations
Managers to enable the necessary adjustments on plannings.
● Monitor potential risks, ensuring solutions are found to close gaps.
● Ensure customers are placing orders on time and on quality. Report KPI and
deviations to FHS Customer Operations Manager.
● Act as the leader for continuous improvement on scheduled demand
management.

Launch Retrofit Campaigns:

● Ensure all inputs are provided to operations before launching retrofit
campaigns.
● Agree planning with customers.
● Launch orders to initiate the retrofits.

Monitor retrofit campaigns:

● Monitor customer orders processed by FHS Customer Order Desk
● Follow and report progress of retrofit campaigns vs agreed planning
● Coordinate actions to recover delays and deviations
● Provide inputs to Engineering for Technical Review Meetings with customers
● Ensure that loan order lead time / Turn Around Time is respected to avoid
exposing FHS to penalties.
