How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The part time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Flight Training & Standards and Delta Professional Services (DPS). This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support individuals should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Manager of Delta Flight Training Operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS:Partner with Flight Operations support teams to complete project tasks as assignedProvide subject matter expert guidance to project tasks as assignedPerform research projects as assigned Attend industry meetingsProvide general non-fleet specific monthly newsletter articles to all fleetsReview standard procedures and provide feedback on changesSpecific duties as assigned by Flight Operations or DPS managementThis is a part time role.
