Job Summary

This new role is responsible for the design support of a facilities projects for Cirrus Aircraft, ensuring that it meets safety standards, cost-effectiveness, environmental regulations, and branding standards.

Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

• Design support for the facilities projects.
• Support facilities design team in production of deliverables for facilities projects.
• Update and archive internal facilities as-builts and documents.
• Support creation/updates to corporate facilities design standards and workplace strategies documents.
• Support creation/updates to facilities maps.
• Provide presentation support for construction project updates to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Facilities Architect, Facilities Designer, and facilities team on project support.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Travel requirements as needed for project support, including the need to travel to various Cirrus locations.
• Company vehicle driving requirements estimated at 10; must have valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.

• In progress Bachelors / Professional degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
• Entry level experience with AutoCAD, BIM, Adobe Suite and rendering software.
• Innovative & thinking outside the box required.
• Learn new technologies and systems as required.
• Ability to work and interact with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and skillsets.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
