Work in 2-shift operation
Responsibility for the fulfillment of the production plan within the available resources and their effective use
Supervision of health and safety compliance
Reporting of fulfillment of indicators and data management in MS Excel and ERP system
Adhering to the required level of product quality and ensuring that the quality policy is understood and applied by subordinates
Solving random issues

Job Requirements:

Teaching/high school education
Experience in a position related to team management in a manufacturing company
Even at the basic level
Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
Management skills
Knowledge of KAIZEN, MUDA, QRQC principles is an advantage
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and working with data
Technical and practical thinking, organizational skills
