Job Title: Gate AttendantJob Description
The Gate Attendant will monitor the access and surveillance of the manufacturing facility. Work is conducted in both indoor office settings and outdoor job site settings. Environmental conditions will vary.
Responsibilities
- Attend entrance gate of manufacturing location to control traffic to and from buildings and grounds.
- Open gate to allow entrance or exit of employees, truckers, and authorized visitors.
- Check credentials or approved roster before admitting anyone.
- Direct visitors and truckers to various parts of grounds or buildings.
- Inspect outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of company property or products.
- Record the number of trucks and/or individuals entering and leaving.
Essential Skills- General labor
- Monitoring
- Observation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- US/A , Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen allowed to work for any employer
- Ability to stand 8 hours/day
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
