The NL Support Center provides services to all Airbus locations in The Netherlands, including Eindhoven and Noordwijk. HR Business Partner Mobility & Flex

  • As HR Business Partner Mobility & Flex you focus on all mobility/expat related aspects for The Netherlands and you partner with our Global Mobility experts within Airbus.

  • You coordinate all aspects related to mobility and flex work in The Netherlands, aligning with your legal, export control, finance, procurement, security and HR colleagues. You have a steering role towards the different departments when it comes to mobility and flex cases.

  • Together with your legal colleague, you participate in the negotiations for Service Level Agreements with other Airbus entities and you monitor if all mobility processes are in line with the SLA.

  • You check with your finance colleague if all costs related to the SLA are reimbursed in a timely and correct manner.

  • You work closely together with employees/expats and their hierarchical managers in different countries, providing them with solid HR advice and feedback on HR topics and the yearly HR performance cycle.

  • You provide all-round HR support for your dedicated scope, such as talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, coordination of expat mobility;

  • You act as a linking pin and coordinate with our flex partner for all flexible work (agency workers/contractors/zzp), align with the HR Business Partners and hiring managers for topics related to flexible work assignments.

  • You follow and report on allocated HC and KPI’s for flex work and SLA. 

  • You approve hours/days off and cost reimbursements for the SLA employees in Rework and Declaree.

  • You participate in HR projects leading to improvements in HR Processes or ways of working.

  • You report to the Head of HR of Airbus in the Netherlands, and are part of a local HR team of 6 employees in total, located in Leiden.

  • Coordinate Mobility & Flex – coordinate mobility and flex work for the Netherlands, for a smooth transition for expats and flex workers in line with company and Dutch regulations.

  • Co-shape HR - partner with the colleagues of your HR and Mobility team to ensure that the support and services are of added value to the organisation.

  • Build a strong management – coach international managers in HR solutions and support them to drive individual and team performance.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • You have a Bachelor/Master in Human Resources or related study

  • You have a minimum of five years operational experience in HR

  • You have at least 1 year experience in expat mobility from/to The Netherlands

  • You are able to prioritise and to meet deadlines in a structured way

  • You are a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills

  • You love to work with international colleagues and have excellent interpersonal skills

  • You like working in an international corporate environment across organisational boundaries

  • Experience with SAP HR and Workday is helpful

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
