Morson are recruiting on behalf of our Aerospace and Defence Client for a contract in Stevenage.

Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you&8217;ll play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive range of HR services aligned with our HR strategy. Your mission will be to contribute to our ‘Top Company Objectives’ through timely and effective HR interventions, serving as the liaison between HR and the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with business units to anticipate and fulfil their HR needs.
  • Providing expert guidance to managers on HR policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Driving the HR People Tempo, including Performance Reviews, Salary Reviews, and Team Assessments.
  • Cultivating our company culture and values within the workplace.
  • Collaborating with Employee Relations to foster a positive social climate and manage change effectively.
  • Facilitating people development through direct action and coaching managers.
  • Identifying talent and promoting mobility opportunities.
  • Supporting managers in disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Delivering training on HR policies and initiatives.
  • Monitoring and managing absence rates, implementing Absence Management policies.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and assessment events.
  • Generating monthly reports for management review.
  • Assisting with redeployment and redundancy processes.
  • Contributing to HR projects as needed.

Skill Set:

  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Conflict management, teamwork, and networking abilities.
  • Proactive and innovative approach with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • HR BP Experience  

Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and contribute to strategic thinking.
