Core Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations and partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and prompt delivery of HR services.
  • Perform a full spectrum of HR functions focusing on employee engagement and well-being in alignment with our Company values in achieving a high-performance culture while maintaining a positive workplace culture, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing our employer brand.
  • Conduct assessments and surveys to measure the effectiveness of staff well-being programs and identify improvement areas.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement staff well-being programs and initiatives.
  • Develop internal communication materials such as EDM and mailers to promote our activities.
  • Perform work pass application/renewal, confirmation assessment, re-employment/contract renewal, and timely updates of employees records in HRIS.
  • Support talent acquisition processes; actively involved in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Acts as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
  • Work with employees and managers to counsel, investigate and resolve employee concerns as needed.
  • Manage and ensure accurate and timely updating of training records in accordance with the AS/ISO or aviation regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake other duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly resilient, adaptable and resourceful.
  • Meticulous attention to details with the ability to multi-task, meet timelines, and keep accurate records.
  • Good team player who can exercise considerable judgment and discretion establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidate with Microsoft PowerAutomate knowledge will be an advantage.

Education Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
