HR Generalist (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and versatile candidate to support HRBPs and Talent Aquisition Partners in their daily activities and projects, with the following activities :

• Support HR Administrative Processes in close link with HRBPs

• Accompany On Boarding & Off Boarding activities

• Analyse HR Data & create HR metrics & reports to follow up Team & HR Performance

• Accompany the team project leaders in the deployment of theirs activities

• Accompany the TAP in the entire selection and recruiting process: sourcing, screening and interviewing.

• Participate in Employment Marketing actions & events

• Experience: From 1 to 3 years
