Human Resources Professional to drive HR related activities across the Building and Construction Systems (BCS) unit in Bloomsburg, PA with a desire for continued growth through the HR function. This includes employee relations, recruiting, community involvement, and employee engagement.
- Administration of human resources policies and procedures to hourly manufacturing workforce.
- Collect and analyze HR Data in order to make recommendations to meet company goals.
- Recruiting support including conducting phone screens, handling candidate communications, onsite interview, participating in recruiting events, conducting onboarding/orientations tasks.
- Share general pay & benefit information and resources with candidates and employees. (A different team will administer pay & benefits.)
- Conduct incident investigations and provide input on employee relations issues.
- Prepare internal employee communications & assist with policy development as needed.
- Complete transactional tasks in the HRMS (Oracle/GPS) and other systems.
- Prepare & maintain required documentation for employee personnel records relating to hourly job postings, performance reviews, new hires, terminations, and hourly rate increases.
- Prepare & distribute various HR reports (Headcount Tracking, Turnover, Call off Tracking, etc).
- Provide backup HR support across the business unit as needed.
- Update, run and prepare HR reports and presentations as needed

- Employee & Labor Relations support
- HR liaison for Engagement Teams
- Responsible for ensuring compliance for Arconic HR Audit processes (F5 ASATS)
- Responsible for governmental reporting requirements such as AAP
- Backup to HR manager
- Perform special projects or other duties as assigned or requested.
Basic or Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organization Development, or related degree.
- 2+ years related Human Resources experience.
- Talent management experience including people reviews, performance management and succession planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Society of Human Resource Management SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
- Strong background in employment law and policy development
- Strong Organization Development and HR Generalist background
- Experience working within a Union Environment
