Job Description:
A. Accountabilities
In line with the strategy of AIRBUS BEYOND headquarters, the job holder leads AIRBUS BEYOND China team to develop business in China and coordinate with headquarters to provide solutions to meet local requirements. In order to make sure AIRBUS BEYOND strategy is applicable in local market the job holder need continuous improvement and optimization during the implementation of the strategy. The job holder represents AIRBUS BEYOND in China and is responsible for:
- Developing existing and new business opportunities in China
- Generating sales in line with revenue generation & diversified revenue streams
- Building a trusting relationship with clients
- Ensuring AIRBUS BEYOND customers’ satisfaction & retention
- Managing the operations team and searching for local resources (local for global)
- Making sure that local resources high quality deliveries
B. Main activities
Market analysis and competition:
Business development:
Establish and follow up solid partnerships with Chinese institutions and authorities
Understand the client&39;s requirements and liaison with faculties
Negotiate and contract with customers to reach commercial targets
Manage customer relationship to meet customers’ requirements
Grow local business & revenue streams
Report to AIRBUS BEYOND President on the business development strategies & people management priorities
Enrich local resources to meet customer requirements (both local and global)
Leverage the new branding and strategy to engage with local partners
Represent AIRBUS BEYOND in seminars/ conferences/ comms events
Management:
Present a yearly OP & five-year rolling business plan, to be validated by AB TLS
Define pricing strategy with AIRBUS BEYOND TLS for the local market
Report to AIRBUS BEYOND Managing Director on activities and results in China
Protect AIRBUS BEYOND IP in Chinese market
Continue a pool of local trainers in collaboration with AIRBUS BEYOND trainers
Develop AIRBUS BEYOND China team members
Operations:
Make sure the follow up of each training project and provide ancillary services to client: on-site support / interpretation
Ensure that the AIRBUS BEYOND China team communicates process and data to the AIRBUS BEYOND headquarters team so that to track the activities
Establish and optimize operational processes
Manage finance aspects including customer payment, RMB payback and budget spent tracking
C. OutputsPropose business case for next 3 years
Follow up the activities with current partners
Establish and follow up customers’ data base for the customer relationship management
Follow-up financial and legal processes in place
Develop and follow-up revenue generation
Optimised operational processes
Launch the assessment centre for trainers’ selection in China
KPI and dashboard management for AIRBUS BEYOND China operations

MS office; Google suite; familiar and mastery of digital interactive platforms
