Job Description

Canadian Helicopters Limited currently has a permanent position opening for a pilot based in Port-Cartier. The selected candidate will have to fly according to the operating standards and assume all other responsibilities related to the position.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid commercial helicopter pilot license approved by Transport Canada;
• Minimum of 1500 hours of flight time on aircraft as a professional pilot;
• Minimum of 1000 hours of flight as captain on a helicopter;
• Minimum of 100 flight hours on type BH06;
• Have authorization to work in Canada. (This position is not available for sponsorship);
• Multi-engine pilot experience is an asset;
• Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written). Being a pan-Canadian company, bilingualism is required to ensure communications between all bases across the country.
• Live in the Port-Cartier, Qc area or be ready to move to the area. (Accommodation is not provided to the base pilot).
