Core Responsibilities:
- Improve metal surface finish on core and cavity inserts using specialized polishing equipment
to draw polish up to high gloss mirror finish - Polishing of the steel surface from dull starting position to required finish, while taking into account the dimensional tolerances and geometry.
- Ensure parts accurate measurements as well as quality inspection
- Carrying out measurements as well as quality inspection
- Compliance with all company guidelines (especially QM documentation), duties and responsibilities assigned
Skills:
- Professional and sensitive handling of materials and tools
- Very strong quality awareness
- High dexterity is essential
- Team oriented, ability to cooperate and work well under pressure
- Independent and self-reliant
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Precision parts polishing experience preferred
