Position Summary
Ability to work 20 hours per week during the school year, up to 40 hours during the Summer.Must be authorized in the US – US Citizen or Green Card HolderPosition is onsite in Richland, MI --- No remote work
Position Summary:• Responsible for generalist and/or specialized functions and assigned projects in various human resources areas.• Provides human resources expertise and services and participates in the continuous improvement of human resource processes.• Facilitates organizational development and changes that support key business objectives.Recruiting – Administrative tasks (creating job folders, setting up interviews, onboarding prep, etc.)• General HR Office Duties – Filing, Creating personnel files,etc.• Employee Engagement – Scheduling activities, Updating bulletin boards and TV monitors
Qualifications:• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field• Must be a Junior or Senior level within degree.• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
