Role Summary:
As a Human Resources Advisor within the Air Operations Human Resources team, you will serve as a Business Partner supporting the enabling functions within the Air sector. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive HR support to various functions and line managers, requiring a deep understanding of HR processes, projects, and change management within a business context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HRBPs and People Managers: Assist in planning and implementing the People and Organisation Plan for the enabling functions, leveraging business understanding and relationship management skills to influence change effectively.
  • Provide Operational Advice: Offer guidance on a range of employment, performance, and business change issues based on business needs, collaborating with relevant Centres of Expertise.
  • Enhance People Manager Capability: Facilitate, support, and coach managers in executing people initiatives where necessary to uplift people manager capability.
  • Investigate and Resolve Queries: Investigate and resolve complex generalist queries requiring business knowledge and face-to-face handling, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Review and Analyze People Data: Analyze business-related people data to identify potential implications within the business context and environment, initiating local actions to resolve them appropriately.
  • Enable Functional Strength and Resource Resilience: Support talent management, strategic workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness activities to enhance functional strength and resource resilience.
  • Channel Information and Support: Serve as a conduit for information to and from the Employee Service Centre, guiding the business on accessing appropriate support and encouraging the adoption of self-service functionality.
