Human Resources Representative Summary
The Human Resources Representative will prepare, audit and process time calculations for conversion into payroll for TIMET employees. Assists with personnel scheduling. Ensures the integrity of related HR systems through audits, testing and maintenance of system data
Essential Functions
Assists in providing contract interpretations and administer the seniority provisions of both the P&M and C&T collective bargaining agreements, including the bidding process, qualifications, vacation allowance and reconciliation, scheduling and seniority issues, compensation issues that include hourly pay rates and holiday payments.
Assists in providing guidance to scheduling clerks, and employees on contract seniority issues and scheduling issues as well as force reduction and recall procedures. Compiles weekly bargaining unit vacancy data and identifies and assigns qualified employees to the vacancy as required.
Maintains all applicable data in applicable HR information system (SAP), including new hire information, personnel actions and changes.
Posts bid and job vacancy notices as necessary.
Verify calculations and make corrections for TIMET time feed into the payroll department for final processing via SAP software.
Monitor all time verification and calculation (hours) including any time adjustments. Must work closely with HR for system accuracy.
Process all internal inquiries by supervisors and/or employees for adjustments
Produce various reports as needed.
Verify all time and pay reports for accuracy prior to payroll run.
Process adjustment check requests and coordinate process with Payroll personnel
Supply information for employee employment verifications to internal and external customers.
Verifies and enters schedule changes and position assignments per weekly schedule
Ensure integrity of SAP by audit of master data and support pack testing
Trains in other HR roles to gain sufficient knowledge to perform in backup capacity.
Participates in other Human Resources initiatives as required to development additional skill in HR practices.
Additional Clerical support to Human Resources Department as required.

Alleviate and remedy employee complaints and concerns.
Participates in the recruitment process for bargaining unit employees

Education and Experience
Bachelor&39;s degree plus 1 year experience or 4 years&39; experience with timekeeping, payroll and HR Related functions
Special Skills
General accounting and payroll knowledge
Familiarity with payroll processes and HR process
Must keep all information confidential
Must have SAP experience
Must have advanced knowledge with Excel; familiarity with other MS Office softwares
