Job Description:

Description:This unique Engineering Planner opportunity at our Moorestown, NJ location will cover an array of support functions to the ILS engineers with various tasks, such as engineering requirements management, scheduling, CDRL development, attending product development and program issue meetings, and tracking action items to completion. This position requires the analysis of technical documentation, training and support materials on multiple US and FMS programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in utilizing engineering drawing and source data to accomplish impact assessment on ILS products. The ability to utilize engineering documentation to support the development of Lifecycle Engineering Products (LCE).
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to research on own and experience as an individual contributor in a team environment
Be self-motivated, self-starter, reliable to work independently and as a team member and be willing to learn new equipment and systems to develop comprehensive training programs.
Support Courseware training material development.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to utilize AUTO CAD, and CREO View
- Basic knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance
- Overall broad knowledge, skills and experience in multi-function ILS disciplines
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
- Self-starter, demonstrated interpersonal communications skills, able to work with minimal supervision, and ability to multi-task.
- Experience with military service operations and structure
- Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Navy AIM production for lesson plans, trainee guides, tests, presentation materials, and training tools along with production of technical documentation in Adobe Framemaker/PDF Experience in use of Adobe Acrobat, and/or interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs).
- Knowledge of MSWord, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel programs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
