Job Description:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Bachelors of Science Degree in Education, or related Engineering field. Lesser educational background with relevant experience will be considered. *

2) Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft interiors or furnishing design

3) Strong CATIA V5 and V4 background - average of 5,000 Hours of CATIA

4) Minimum two years of Instructor experience

5) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on schedule with minimum supervision

6) Ability to write clearly and concisely in accordance with appropriate specifications

7) Ability to present self and materials in a professional and cordial manner.

8) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)

* 2 years of work experience is equivalent to 1 year toward college degree.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

*Knowledge of ISO9000-2000 and/or AS9 100 standards

*Know1edge of electronic-interactive and distance learning media

with FAR Part 25 requirements for interior completions

* Familiar with computer and video production skills

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

1) Work with other Departments to ensure the training needs are being met in coordinates with

company standards, procedure and processes.

2) Develop objective based training programs for Dassault Falcon employee

3) Coordinate vendor supplied training

4) Develop, write, update, and present new and existing course materials for new process

improvements while ensuring proper content and format.

5) Keep update-to-date and implement state-of-art training methods for Catia

6) Assemble training material/manuals for classroom presentation

7) Assist in the New-Hire Training Program

8) Write, administer and correct test for employees qualification process.

9) Demonstrate creative and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems.

10) Perform other special assignments as directed by Manager.
