Tasks
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their goals and aligning IT strategies∙
- Identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities in the business
- Facilitate communication between the business and IT teams, ensuring requirements are well-defined and understood
- Monitor IT service delivery and ensure business units receive the necessary technical support
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change management for new IT solutions
- Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption to drive innovation
- Advocate for business needs in IT planning and budgeting
- Ensure IT initiatives align with business priorities and deliver value
- Collaborate with IT teams to define and implement solutions that enhance business performance
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project/change management, governance or business analysis
- Analytical mindset, service oriented behavior and excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enable them
- Excellent in English language (written and spoken)
- To be a strong team player
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis experience
- Willing to travel to the network locations
- Previous experience working in multinational environment
- Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies, and data analytics is a plus
