IT Product/Service manager

Job Description:

A vacancy for a Service Manager for Project and Portfolio solutions has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space internal IT domain.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM  

• Prepare, implement and realize services during the Life Cycle with focus on Risk management solutions.
• Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support.
• Acting as contact person for the maintained products,
• Performing performance reviews. 
• Monitoring of the service quality based on existing SLAs. 
• Technical implementation on project solutions and continuous improvement on deployment and running services
• Communication
• Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support. 

ABOUT YOU – Your Skills 

• Knowledge in projects methods and tools 
• Knowledge in server administration (windows, linux), linux commands and installation of components 
• Basic knowledge about network and Database (SQLserver, oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Basic knowledge about SQL Reporting services is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SSO is a plus (Shibboleth)
• DevOps, Infrastructure knowledge is a plus
• Cloud infrastructure is a plus
• You have 2-4 years of experience in service management and stakeholder management
• Advanced communication skills in international environment 
• Understanding of continuous change interactions in the application landscape 
• Spoken English and Spanish to a negotiation level. Other languages German/French are a plus.
