Summary:

Preparing and delivering theoretical and practical training for the maintenance of aircraft in the AH/Helibras fleet.

Responsabilities:

• Acting as Airframe Instructor for the various courses offered by the Helibras Training Center for the aircraft models in the AH/Helibras fleet, giving theoretical and practical training on the various airframe systems for qualifying and retraining mechanics.
• Updating and correcting teaching material.
• Preparing/standardizing questions for the test bank.
• Preparing and delivering theoretical and practical training.
• Prepare/standardize training plans and course programs.
• Keeping up to date with the calendar of planned courses.
• Sharing responsibility for keeping their qualifications valid with their supervisor.
• Identifying and pointing out to their manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector; carrying out technological research and developing technological innovation related to their area of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years&39; maintenance experience as a mechanic on Airbus helicopters
• CHT.
• Proficiency in English, sufficient to participate in and pass training courses at Airbus Helicopters.
• Previous experience in the role desirable.
• Airbus Type Rating course for one of the following models desirable: EC135, H135 or H225.
• Spanish desirable.

Sumário:

Preparar e ministrar treinamentos teóricos e práticos para manutenção das aeronaves da frota AH/Helibras.

Responsabilidades:

• Atuar como Instrutor de Célula nos diversos cursos oferecidos pelo Centro de Treinamento da Helibras referentes aos modelos de aeronaves da frota AH/Helibras, ministrando treinamentos teóricos e práticos dos diversos sistemas da célula da aeronave para qualificação e reciclagem de mecânicos.
• Atualizar e corrigir material didático.
• Elaborar/Padronizar questões para banco de provas.
• Preparar e ministrar treinamentos teóricos e práticos
• Elaborar/Padronizar planos de treinamento e programas de curso.
• Manter-se atualizado com o calendário de cursos previstos.
• Compartilhar com a supervisão a responsabilidade de manter válidas suas habilitações.
• Identificar e sinalizar a seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor; atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

Requisitos:

• Mínimo de cinco anos de experiência em manutenção como mecânico em helicópteros da linha Airbus
• CHT.
• Proficiência em inglês, suficiente para participar de treinamentos na Airbus Helicopters e ser aprovados nestes.
• Desejável prévia experiência na função.
• Desejável curso Type Rating Airbus para um dos seguintes modelos: EC135, H135 ou H225.
• Desejável espanhol.
