UnspecifiedThis Internship will assist the Quality Department to comply with AS9102C & AS9145 requirements, and support NPI activities & improve TAT-inspection planning, Pro-Quality Approach - MPR, PPAP, KPC related activities, and SNG 2nd & 3rd part audit related activities.Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply CORE problem solving methodology.
- Assist in updating all documentation like JIS, QMS.
- Support Digital FAI Project using Net Inspect & Discus software.
- Assist in Pro Active Quality Approach activities, including MPR, PPAP, KPC related activities.
- Support Digital inline inspection tool projects (Smart Factory).
- Assist in VR technology in Training integration projects.
- Effectively manage stakeholder management and communications.
- Ensure timely completion of ITC and Ethics online training (GLP).
- Reduce measurement variation to improve GRR on critical equipment.
- Develop a close loop system to track closure of Quality Clinic Purge activities, including customer return tracking.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers to analyze SPC data using Prolink software and improve CPK performance.
- Assist in FAI forms creation for CORE quality in line with AS910C new requirements.
- Assist in QC inspection area to create 1pc to EP inspection area to reduce variation & DCI
- Contribute to NPI activities - correlation studies, inspection gage studies & documentation.
- Develop Core Quality standard work & lesson learn
- Actively participate in all Core Quality related activities as part of continuous improvement projects
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties/projects assigned
Project Involvement:
- ProCert activities (CPK, Gage RR) - Perform time studies and analyze the SPC Data (Minitab, COPS)
- NPI Project - Conduct correlation studies and inspection gauge studies (Advanced technologies - 5 axis CMM)
- Discus Net inspect project - Digitalize Quality Inspection report.
- FAI New requirements project - Ballooning & form preparation for each change in compliance with AS9102C. Includes WSTN changes related to load levelling.
- 1pc to EP - Create forms per part to reduce variation and DCI.
- Proactive Quality Approach project - Assist in MPR, process reviews, PPAP per ETQP requirements or due to high PPM or SRR
- VR + Training Integration Projects - Assist in integrating virtual reality into training programs
- Digital Inline Gaging Project - For SPC & Smart Factory (various tool - Bluetooth & WIFI)
Do note that while these projects are available, due to the duration of the internship, you may not be able to tackle the full scope of each project.
