What are your contributions to the team?
- Participating in the evaluation and proposal of advanced technology acquisition opportunities for quality sectors, enabling the organization to achieve technological excellence.
- Participating in the definition of project execution strategy: content, scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management, communications, and training.
- Managing activities of the various project phases: feasibility study, project mandate and business plan, acquisition, implementation, and production launch.
- Monitoring budgets, schedules, and resource availability.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports at various management levels.
- Aligning the work of involved resources and acting as the interface between different matrix services;
- Managing change requests arising during project execution.
- Developing risk management plans, including mitigation plans.
- Participating in problem resolution and recovery plans.
- Evaluating, participating in, and managing initiatives related to continuous improvement in the Quality field."
How to thrive in this role?
- You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project);
- You have an interest in managing complex projects in the aeronautics field;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of organization;
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry (asset);
- Good analytical skills;
- Passionate about achieving technological excellence;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French;
- You have good organizational, planning, problem-solving skills, good judgment, are innovative, and possess good decision-making processes."

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
