Daher manufactures two families of single-engine turboprop airplanes: the Kodiak utility aircraft in Sandpoint, Idaho, USA, and the very fast pressurized TBM in Tarbes, France.What are you up to during this internship ?
DAHER & the GAMA (General Aviation Manufacturers Association) offer an internship opportunity for two college juniors or seniors who want to discover the aviation sector, explore its professions, and gain valuable first-hand experience in this sector.
The experience will provide an opportunity for each student to visit our DAHER facility in Sandpoint, Idaho, USA within the Aircraft Division, home of the Kodiak aircraft manufacturing, and to be exposed to a variety of aviation disciplines. This internship will have to occur from 2 June to 26 July 2025 for 8 weeks (which include 1 week in EAA AirVenture).
Each selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the on-site teams during the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, one of the largest and most renowned air shows in the United States, from July 19 to 26.
Round-trip transportation will be provided from France to the U.S. The scholarship also includes round-trip transportation to EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, local transportation, and accommodations during the event.
Applicants must be in full time education and able to demonstrate an interest in discovering aeronautical activities and develop, engineering, customer relationship management, spaneting skills, or any other areas focused on aviation.

Candidates must hold a valid passport and a valid driver’s license. Additionally, they should be prepared to take the necessary steps to obtain a US Visa or its equivalent if required. They should also be flexible and adaptable to living in an environment and culture that may be different from their own.
Internship applicants must be responsible for making by themselves all the administrative and security process for the US visa (meaning going to Paris US Embassy to get back the visa and make all the Customs Clearance Documents needed).
Finally, applicant must be a student: administratively based in a French University/School that requires the applicant must realize a compulsory internship abroad (not in France) to validate its degree and have a French internship agreement (as called as &34;Convention de stage”).
