Tasks
- Support international projects with strategic relevance our customers in all project phases from initialization to go-live
- Help our team in topics around customer loyalty and experience, reservations and information management
- Support and enhance existing data pipelines, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Assist in building up and organizing the newly formed Customer Data Delivery team
- Compile and process project results and documentation
- Support reporting and communication
Requirements
To complete an internship at our company, you must meet the following requirements:
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in the case of an mandatory internship an written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Experience with MS Office, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- First experience with databases and handling large amounts of data ("Big Data"), SQL and Python knowledge is an advantage
- First experience with BI Tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- The ability to work in a structured manner and bring a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to present complicated relationships in a simple and clear manner
