Tasks
Austrian Airlines Ground Operations is responsible for safe and reliable passenger/aircraft handling in Vienna and at all outstations. You will have the opportunity to gain an insight into the various ground processes.
- You support various digitalization topics (e.g. the further development of mobile devices)
- You are responsible for creating a data basis for internal departmental analyses
- You work together with the specialist departments on process KPIs
- You support projects and working groups and act as an interface to Ground Operations
- You support short-term requests within the daily business

Requirements
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
- You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills and strategic understanding
- You have a high level of problem-solving skills
- You are interested in familiarizing yourself with unfamiliar areas of responsibility
- You are looking forward to a new challenge
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You are experienced in using MS Office applications and have advanced knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or MS Access is an advantage
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/ European Union
