Tasks
We are looking for you as an active support in the area of Recruiting/Sourcing as a fully-fledged team member! Your tasks will include:
- Design of new and further development of established sourcing channels
- Supporting spaneting measures (e.g. onsite recruiting events)
- Monitoring application and recruitment figures for various job profiles in a national and international context)
- Assistance in the creation of presentations and preparation of workshops

Requirements
If you are interested in hybrid working in a great team, you should ideally bring the following with you:
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree (gap year)
- Experience in using PowerPoint, Excel and IT affinity (use of personnel management tools)
- Team player and at the same time independent
- Enjoy creative work and enthusiasm for recruiting topics
- Communicative, flexible and hands-on
