- Planning and development of training courses - Develop innovative training concepts and implement them
- Coordinate training courses and participants - Help shape the learning journey of the sales organization
- Designing the departments image - Representing us internally and externally
- Work on personnel and organizational development topics - Work on corporate culture projects and create sustainable value
- Create and evaluate analyses and presentations - Gain and share important insights
- Carry out administrative tasks and support day-to-day business - Ensure smooth processes
- (Optional) Build personal networks through additional intern events within the Lufthansa Group - Network with others

Requirements
Are you an aviation enthusiast with team spirit and a willingness to learn? Great, then support us with your strong communication skills, organizational skills and an eye for detail while keeping an eye on the big picture. Show us your commitment and be prepared to live DIVERSITY.
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Good communication skills and analytical thinking
- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
- Experienced handling of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Intercultural competence and willingness to learn new things
- Creativity and innovative spirit to help shape development processes
- Ability to critically reflect on your own work and take feedback on board
