Tasks
In the course of your 6 months internship, you will work in:
- Digital Content: You study the customer journey and support with content for the Lufthansa Group Carriers’ websites
- Project Support: You support the Digital Commerce team in projects in five disciplines: Placement & UX, Offer Design & Display, Up- & Cross Sell, Customer & Loyalty, and Market Steering & Performance
- Campaign Management: You create promotional pages for campaigns in collaboration with internal departments
- Conversion optimization: You help to develop innovative eCommerce measures
- Administrative support: You coordinate communication of news for internal stakeholders
- Event support: You help organizing team events
- Benchspaning: You research spanet trends and present your findings
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: You help testing new features in Monetate campaigns

Requirements
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (ideally in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or another Sales related field). In addition, you bring the following requirements with you:
- At the date of the internship you have completed the third semester
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
- Very high affinity in digital affairs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of eCommerce tools is an advantage
- Strong interest in e-commerce, customer experience, and spaneting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good written and spoken English
- High level of motivation, commitment, and initiative, including the ability to bring fresh ideas and topics to the table
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
