Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performing janitorial duties such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings interior and exterior, including floors, walls, windows, and doors
• Operating and maintaining equipment such as box trucks, lawn care equipment, and other tools necessary for the job
• Following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Lifting and carrying heavy weight as needed to perform job duties

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in commercial building maintenance and janitorial duties
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weight

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with stainless steel cleaning and maintenance
• Experience with landscaping and lawn care

Skills:

Commercial building maintenance, safety procedures, and heavy lifting on a daily basis.

Experience with stainless steel cleaning and maintenance, landscaping and lawn care, and working with computers and technology will be beneficial in this role.
