Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Generalist provides administrative support to the HR department (hiring, forms and onboarding). The HR Generalist is also a key player on the communications side and is involved in staffing new employees in collaboration with the HR team. Receptionist duties are also included in this position (30).
