About the role
Support the requirements and the effective administration of document maintaining and logistical support to the department, systematically improving and organizing the filing system and database. Coordinating documents as necessary with other departments.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Assist in general office duties like printing, photocopying, faxing, binding etc. and proper distribution of mail /documents as directed.
- Assume counter receptionist duties, greet internal customers and assist / direct them to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain systematic filing of the documents and correspondence to maintain up to date, neat and orderly files at all times. All documents to be filed and recorded in the respective files / folders.
- Monitor stationary / pantry supplies consumption and prepare requisition for replenishment to maintain sufficient supplies and smooth flow of the office preparation.
- Undertakes cleaning activities for the area and keeps the area clean and tidy. Wash and clean material in the pantry so as to be ready for use, on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare and severe beverages to employees and guests and undertake all other kitchen duties.
- Support office staff as and when required with collection and delivering of files, documents etc., within various departments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the department.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the department.

Qualifications
About you
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills with 2 years of job-related work experience
- Ability to communicate in English language
- Polite and well-mannered
- Assist the divisional needs by demonstrating administrative capabilities
- Ability to process and work with confidential information, self – manage assignments
- Ability to foster team work among team members
