Job Description:
Job Purpose
- To offer routine office support to Tehran Station by displaying an energetic attitude to designated tasks.
Job Outline
- Provides a prompt and efficient mail distribution service.
- Assist by responding to general telephone queries and filtering calls by transferring to appropriate areas.
- Collects/delivers urgent mail/packages and assisting with photocopying and filing.
- Managing office supplies: ensure all collateral and stationery are well-stocked and readily available at all touch points (Ticket desk, Check-in & Boarding counters)
- Assisting in all administrative tasks on daily basis.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- 10 Years schooling or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year Admin Experience.
