Tasks
Dependent on the assignment the tasks include the following:
- Evaluating customer requests; coordinating capacity and ground time for all required actions and related costs together with the production unit, production management, and the customer Coordinating on-time performance according to customer requirements
- Assigning specific tasks and participating in project/task force teams
- Ensuring Part-145 relevant archiving processes for work documents after performing maintenance
- Responsible for the document return process after performing maintenance
- Collecting used man-hours, materials, and tooling for maintenance events to support the invoicing process, this includes controlling the quality and completeness of work orders provided by maintenance production
- Ensuring full compliance with local rules and regulations, especially regarding Health & Safety
Requirements
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
- High school certificate is required
- Proficiency in English and Italian is required
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance and the related maintenance schedule is required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AirNav and Toolbox
- Must possess permit to work in Italy
