The Managing Director of Network and Partner Analytics leads the team responsible for the planning, forecasting, and analysis necessary to support the design and delivery of a leading global airline network.

What youll do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced.  Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

  • Leads commercial planning and tracking of revenue initiatives and related monetary/non-monetary indicators
  • Develops 5-Year schedule and manages the coordination of its process
  • Manages forecasting and reporting for capacity, coupon/cobrand/non-air, non-bank, air partnerships
  • Produces annual capacity budget, flown revenue plan, cobrand and non-air/non-bank currency, airline partners transfer payment budget
  • Manages Joint Business contractual implementation, and currency partnership operations and reporting
  • Manages infrastructure analysis, including airport leases, gate requirements, long-term capacity, gating scenarios, colocations, and 10-year hub forecast
  • Manages entity revenue analysis, including Revenue Management support, as well as miscellaneous commercial analyses
  • Manages air partnership analytics and modeling, including evaluation of existing and new deal constructs
  • Leads hub structures and network/schedule analysis
  • Oversees LOPA process and all commercial fleet analysis
  • Coordinates regional maintenance systems and interface between network and regional planning
  • Coordinates aircraft accounting and interface between scheduling, fleet, and maintenance planning
  • Coordinates quarterly earnings and Board meetings on behalf of the commercial organization and produces related materials and analyses

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 10 years of experience in leadership roles, overseeing large workgroups with cross-functional teams
  • 10 years of industry experience in finance, network planning, revenue management, or related analytics field

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent quantitative experience; Advanced Degree 
  • Strong understanding of airline economics
