Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator leads and is responsible for the HR Operation at the site, acting as a generalist.
Responsibilities
- Apply compensation schemes establishing and designing proposals to ensure the competitiveness and internal equity.
- Design and proposes strategies for cultural change that favor the implementation of continuous process improvement.
- Monitor and manage issues arising from labor relations and union commitments, monitor compliance with them and the timely resolution of labor problems, in order to maintain a good labor environment.
- Ensure that training and development plans contribute to achieve the objectives of the company, in addition to being aligned with the profile that the company wants in their employees.
- Encourage, support and develop initiatives or programs that contribute to empower and engage employees. Employee climate survey management and action plans design.
- Payroll management in time and labor.

Qualifications
- HR professional who is a self-starter, proactive, and strong relationship building skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experiences in manufacturing environments
- 5 Years of experience as Human Resources Generalist
- Experience on labor relations
- English knowledge: Business level
