Tasks
The key responsibilities and duties of the Marshaller include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately identify, categorize, and ensure all landing gear components are in optimal condition for assembly
- Manage inventory and collaborate with material planning and procurement to prevent shortages and assembly delays
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of parts
- Facilitate the timely issuance of materials and oversee part installation according to the production schedule
- Assist with the movement of parts between work centres and attend production meetings as needed
Requirements
The ideal Marshaller should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is desirable
- Proficiency in SAP and other technical software is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain an assertive approach
- Flexibility and strong teamwork skills are essential
- Must be willing to work shifts
