Summary:

Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, alteration or reconstruction on an aeronautical product for which they are technically qualified (including inspection), according to the prerogatives of their license and training, on systems, accessories and engines, in accordance with the instructions contained in the technical data accepted and approved for the performance of these services and in compliance with the provisions of the Reference Manuals.

Responsabilities:

• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, alteration or reconstruction on an item (including inspection) on aircraft and their assemblies.

• Carry out services in accordance with current aviation legislation.

• Use methods, techniques and practices established in the latest revision of the manufacturer&39;s maintenance manual, or in the instructions for continued airworthiness prepared by the manufacturer or other methods, techniques and practices approved by Helibras.

• Carry out tests and checks necessary to confirm the operability of the inspected or maintained item.

• Comply with the manufacturer&39;s service bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) issued by the Aeronautical Authorities.

• Support, when required, the execution of aircraft tests and checks on the runway and on maintenance flights, with an on-board role, in accordance with the maintenance documentation and Helibras procedures.

• Record the services performed and/or supervised in accordance with current legislation.

Requirements:

• Technical training in Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics.

• CHT CEL

• CHT GMP and/or AV desirable

• 04 years minimum practical experience in aircraft maintenance

• Intermediate English

Executar a manutenção, manutenção preventiva, alteração ou reconstrução em um produto aeronáutico para o qual possui habilitação técnica (incluindo inspeção), segundo as prerrogativas de sua licença e capacitação, em sistemas, acessórios e motores, de acordo com as instruções contidas nos dados técnicos aceitos e aprovados para a execução desses serviços e em conformidade com o previsto nos Manuais de referência.

Responsabilidades:

• Executar a manutenção, manutenção preventiva, alteração ou reconstrução em um artigo (incluindo inspeção) nas aeronaves e seus conjuntos.

• Efetuar os serviços de acordo com o previsto na legislação aeronáutica em vigor.

• Utilizar métodos, técnicas e práticas estabelecidas na última revisão do manual de manutenção do fabricante, ou nas instruções para aeronavegabilidade contínua preparadas pelo fabricante ou outros métodos, técnicas e práticas aprovados pela Helibras.

• Realizar testes e checks necessários à confirmação da operacionalidade do item inspecionado ou manutenido.

• Cumprir os boletins de serviço do fabricante e Diretivas de Aeronavegabilidade (AD) emitidas pelas Autoridades Aeronáuticas

• Apoiar, quando requerido, a execução dos testes e checks das aeronaves na pista e em voos de manutenção, com função a bordo, em conformidade com a documentação de manutenção e os procedimentos da Helibras.

• Registrar os serviços executados e/ou supervisionados em conformidade com a legislação vigente.

Requisitos:

• Formação Técnica em Mecânico de Manutenção Aeronáutica.

• CHT CEL

• Desejável CHT GMP e/ou AV

• 04 anos de experiência mínima prática em manutenção aeronáutica

• Inglês intermediário
