Tasks
We are seeking YOU – a MEDIA / GRAPHIC DESIGNER – to create innovative visual content for Lufthansas social media channels. Collaborating with social media managers, content team, and our partners, you’ll design platform-specific visuals that enhance brand identity and drive community engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Develop creative visual concepts and designs for social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Design images, graphics, animations, and videos that align with brand guidelines and reflect Lufthansa Group’s identity.
- Create visual storyboards and moodboards to illustrate ideas and concepts.
- Conceptualize and implement multimedia content.
- Adapt and optimize designs for different formats and devices to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Implement A/B testing to determine the most successful visual strategies and formats.
- Develop and introduce new design and content formats to improve and modernize the brands visual presence.
- Promote creative development and establish innovative processes within the design team.

Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Completed studies or training in graphic design, media design, or a comparable qualification.
- Excellent English skills, with German being a plus.
- Several years of experience in social media design, ideally within an agency or company.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong creative flair, passion for design, and keen attention to detail.
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas convincingly.
- Experience with agile methods and project management tools is an advantage.
- German residency required.
