Job Description:

Assembly-/Wire Bonding-Line

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Lesen von Spezifikationen und Auftragspapieren
• Selbständiges Prüfen von Halbleitern unter dem Mikroskop nach Raumfahrtstandards
• Ausmessen von Dimensionen
• Beurteilen und Klassifizieren von Fehlern
• Bedienen von Inspektionsmaschinen
• Ausfüllen von Protokollen (Papier und Elektronisch)
• Plausibilitätsprüfung von Prüfdaten
• Mitverantwortlich für das Erstellen des Inspektions-Zertifikats
• Durchführen der Abschlussbuchung

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung im Bereich Mikrotechnologie, Elektronik, Mechatronik o.ä.
• Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung im Bereich von prüfenden Tätigkeiten von Vorteil
• Mikroskop Erfahrung von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sowie zu vereinzelten Samstagseinsätzen
• Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Software (Dateneingabe in BDE System, Excel und Word Dateien)
• Teamplayer, zuverlässig und motiviert
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnis in Englisch
