- Przygotowywanie standardowych raportów w MS Excel i Power Query
- Wsparcie w tworzeniu raportów dla instytucji zewnętrznych (np. IATA, ICAO)
- Obsługa bieżącej komunikacji pisemnej i ustnej z klientami
- Udział w optymalizacji i automatyzacji procesów raportowania
- Aktualizacja dokumentacji procesowej
- Wsparcie zespołu w zadaniach analitycznych i ad-hoc

Requirements
Oczekiwania
- Znajomość MS Excel i Power Query (warunek konieczny)
- Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie B1 oraz angielskiego na poziomie B2
- Analityczne podejście do problemów i zdolności numeryczne
- Dobra organizacja pracy i skrupulatność
- Umiejętności komunikacyjne, zarówno pisemne, jak i ustne
- Mile widziane: znajomość Tableau, Power BI, podstaw SQL, VBA lub Python
