Montierer Bauteilvorbereitung (d/m/w)

Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Feststellen von Teile- und Materialverfügbarkeit
• Zusammenstellen von Teile und Material sowie Überprüfung auf Fehler
• Abstimmung des Montageablaufs mit anderen Montierern
• Bereitstellen der Prüf- und Montagevorrichtungen, nach Vorgabe umstellen und ggfs. justieren
• Vorbereiten von unterschiedlichen Bauteilen für Geräte (z.B. Mikrowellen-/Flachbaugruppen, Stromversorgungen, Filter oder Schalter) mit vielschichtigen, komplexen Montageinhalten und unterschiedlichen Techniken
• Beheben von Störungen
• Prüfen von Bauteilen, Dokumentieren der Ergebnisse und Melden der Stückzahlen
• Feststellen und Beseitigen von Mängeln an Bauteilen (z.B. Toleranzabweichungen, Ausfall, falsche Teile, Beschaffenheit)

Ihre Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung in einem technischen Beruf (Elektriker / Elektroniker, Feinmechaniker, Industriemechaniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Montage von feinmechanischen/elektronischen Geräten oder Baugruppen
• Erfahrung in der Montage von Geräten und Baugruppen unter Reinraumbedingungen sind von Vorteil
• Hohe Flexibilität, Schichtbereitschaft, engagierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise wird vorausgesetzt
• Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung runden Ihr Profil ab
