We are seeking a Nuclear Surety Representative (NSR) for the Reentry Body Operations (RBO) organization utilized for D5 Missile and Reentry Systems (RES) processing for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. This position is located at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, WA at Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) - Submarine Base Bangor, Washington.

In this role you will:
Interface/coordinate with Oversight & Compliance Office (OCO).
Promulgate and administer Nuclear Level of Knowledge tests and interviews.
Maintain the LM Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) including PRP record generation, tracking and following up on PRP Fit Chits.
Interface/coordinate with the Command PRP Certifying Official.
Interface/coordinate with Competent Medical Authority (CMA).
Ensure all applicable training, knowledge and medical reviews are complete, updating the Entry Access List (EAL) when required.
Assist with preparation for and administration of weapons inspections and audits (NTPI, LNWAI, TAV, ETC.).
Assist in the tracking and completion of all Nuclear Surety Safety Monitor comments and deficiencies including Root Cause Analyses RCA and event action items, internal monitoring and external monitoring.
Assist in the gathering information and generation of command presentations and reports.
Assist the RADCON Officer in maintaining records and reports.
Assist with the quarterly Thermal Luminescent Dosimeter (TLD) exchange.


In this role, youll be required to successfully complete Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) training.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work in an ordnance environment.
Experience communicating across departments and all levels of leadership
Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to obtain and maintain membership in the PRP and the Radiological Controls Program.
US citizenship is required. Cannot be a dual citizen. Interim secret clearance required prior to start with the ability to qualify for and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

FBM program experience and familiarity with Strategic Weapons Facility (SWF) culture.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $58,200 - $111,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
