OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
This role is to follow, manage, and update according to Thai AirAsia’s suspicious activities, then report to appropriate authorities to maintain the highest standard of security and environment concerned.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Keep the Flight Operations Library current and in an orderly fashion at all times, and ensure that all master copies of Manuals and Handbooks are up-to-date
Exercise control of all aircraft libraries in cooperation with Hub Managers to ensure all onboard documentation is updated as required.
Ensure that all Flight Operations documentation used by other departments are updated as required.
Arrange the distribution and documentation together with the assignment sheets of all Thai AirAsia’s manuals relevant to flight operations.
Keep the documentation files up-to-date, including returned confirmation letters.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in air traffic management, airport management, or an aviation-related field
At least 1 year of experience in flight operations would be an advantage
Excellent command of conversational and written English
Proficient in using G-suite, MS Office, and Smart gadget devices
Good personality, detail-oriented, and works well under pressure.
Strong collaborator and team player in high-pressure environments.
Able to work as a shift rotation
