Mission

To manage the work preparation, maintenance program follow up and MIS updating of Dauphin fleet as Guardia Civil Technical Office Support.

To support AHE Technical Office in Torrejón (production Engineering) performing work preparation and technical office tasks.

Main activities

  • Responsible to monitor, planning, updating and record scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance in Guardia Civil MIS for their Dauphin fleet.

  • Responsible for work preparation, technical work orders issue, update and record in Guardia Civil MIS system

  • Responsible for technical records and log cards and helicopter log book updating for Dauphin fleet, and for other helicopters, when necessary

  • Preparation of work order, instruction and/or work packages to AHE workshop, with the required quality level, according to customer needs and AHE procedures

  • To support to the whole work processes at AHE, in coordination with Workshop and Production Responsible, until aircraft delivery ensuring to accomplish appropriate regulations in force, rules and procedures (internal and external)

  • To support for supplying all necessary documentation to Quality and Certification Department for DAAV, CoC, CApt

  • To support all necessary documentation to renew Airworthiness Certificate, when applicable.

  • To participate in new AHE MRO and Guardia Civil work processes and digital tools development.

Education requirements

  • University Engineering Degree in Aerospace or Aeronautics

  • Valuable Master in Aeronautical Engineering

  • Fluent English.

Experience requirements

  • Good knowledge of helicopter systems and experience in this field

  • Experience in MRO activities (valuable, 3-5 years), mainly with Airbus Helicopters fleets, highly valued Dauphin AS365 and EC135, desirable BO-105, BK117

  • Experience in Customer Support (valuable, 1-3 years)

Other requirements

  • Good knowledge of aeronautical technical publications; maintenance manual, IPC, SB, ADs…etc

  • Good Knowledge of SAP

  • Knowledge of Aeronautical Regulation, mainly Spanish Military Regulation and PERAM145

  • Customer focus
