About the Role
We are recruiting for an Operational Content Executive on a 9-month fixed term basis. This is an amazing opportunity to join our friendly team.
The purpose of this role is to manage the back office operational processes to ensure essential operational information and details of significant product changes are effectively communicated to both existing and future customers in line with legal requirements and BAH service standards
Key accountabilities include:
- Analysing, interpreting and investigating reports of significant product changes, evaluating customer impact and determining if notifiable for future or existing customers
- Considering if flexibility should be offered to existing bookings affected by significant product changes and deciding wording and best method for customer communication
- Responding to all pre-travel essential information queries from British Airways contact centre agents, suppliers and internal colleagues
- Creating accurate, clear and concise wording to convey essential operational information to existing and new customers
- Accountable for handling mass relocations and liaising with suppliers to achieve mutually positive outcomes for the customer and the business
This is a busy role. Our essential criteria for this role are:
- Proven experience in an operational role
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Ability to commute to our Gatwick office, minimum twice weekly or plan to relocate before starting work
To help you decide whether you would like to apply for this role, as a guide, a typical salary in this role is around £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience), plus benefits.
Our offices are based just outside Gatwick Airport and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first four weeks with us. We offer flexible start and finish times.
